Return Policy

As we are a print on demand store, all our products are made to order and unique. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if wrong size, Color has been ordered or returns due to change of mind. 

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Pls get in touch with us at lilyscuteshop@gmail.com and provide a clear photo of damaged product. If there is an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame will be required. 

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, customer can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5” for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
